Parents, Students, and Faculty:

The Hancher Bulletin is a document that will tell you everything you need to know about our upcoming Annual Strings Concert held at Hancher Auditorium.
If you have questions about dress code, dress rehearsal, the schedule for the day of the Concert, or even the group/orchestra schedule for AFTER the concert, this handy document will have the answers. Please look this document over carefully, and plan accordingly for those days.

Students & Alumni arriving EARLY day of performance: 11:00 am-12:30 pm for run throughs:

This includes- ESPRESSIVO, FLUTES, VIOLAS, BASSES, CELLO CHOIR, P.S.S.O.

Be advised of traffic due to Iowa Women’s Basketball Game– Caitlin Clark’s Jersey is being retired, and this will cause congestion in the area.
Please add 20-30 min to your commute to ensure you arrive ON TIME.
