Preucil School of Music is offering two popular virtual music enrichment courses from our Summer offerings. Join Dr. Tyler Hendrickson on Tuesday evenings to explore music from a different and interesting perspective.

Composers After Dark

For Adults Only

Parents, put your kids to bed, pour yourself a glass of wine, and prepare to dive into the more colorful and scandalous parts of the lives of the great composers, with Dr. Tyler Hendrickson. Participants, go beyond the dates and periods composers lived in and learn historical facts often overlooked in music history courses.

9th Grade – Adult          

Dr. Tyler Hendrickson will look at how musical history has been influenced by political and cultural history. Come explore the evolution of musical practices and why things are done the way they are in the 21st Century.
